The Straehle Invitational Meet is held near the end of the season, and will take place at Padonia. To participate in individual events, times submitted must have been swum in a dual meet during the season, and must be equal to or faster than the Straehle qualifying times. Individuals entered in a relay must have swum an official relay in a dual meet during the season, which recorded a time that qualifies for that event. Individuals may enter no more that (3) events and a relay. Each team may enter only (1) relay team in each relay event. 2023 Straehle Qualifying Times The 2023 Straehle Invitational Meet will be hosted by Padonia. Meet announcement and t-shirt order form will be posted once received. |

Warm ups: Hammond Park will warm up from 4:40pm-5pm in lanes 4 & 5. Wynnewood's pool will open at 3:30pm for families to enter. |

Awards Night 2023

Hey there Stingrays!!! On Sunday, July 23rd we will be having our end of season celebration! We know, we know, it’s so hard to believe we are nearing the end. But don’t worry, there is so much more fun in store for us. BUT… we do have to start planning. The Awards Night is for ALL Stingrays and Mini Rays! Every swimmer will receive an award. DINNER will be served… IF you RSVP!!! We have again partnered with Squisitos to come up with a delicious “Make Your Own” pasta bar. Penne pasta, Cheese Tortellini, Marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, meatballs, and salad. We will follow it all up with cake for our sweet treat!! If your family is interested in the having food at our celebration, we ask that you please RSVP online under the July 23rd event entitled “Awards Night 2023” Please RSVP BY WEDNESDAY, JULY 19th at 11:59pm!!! Also include how many of your family members are going to be enjoying the meal in your RSVP. The cost is $5 per person. We will be accepting the following payments: 2. Venmo - @Jared-Fribush (Preferred) 3. Cash - please put in an envelope with your family name on the envelope and give directly to Jennifer or Jared If your family is choosing to bring their own meal or eat before coming to the Awards Night, you do NOT have to pay for cake/drinks. You also do NOT have to RSVP to the Awards Night if you are not eating the meal. Everyone is welcome to the Awards presentation, whether you RSVP for the meal or not. ENTERTAINMENT - Team Slideshow… send us your pictures and videos!!! If your family is new to the team, we generally do an end of the season party with awards (broken down by age groups) and a slideshow when the sky is dark enough to use our projector. This Friday, July 21st, we have a lot of fun planned. First, our pancake breakfast practice starts off the day! You might notice an overlap of age groups and this is intentional to get the team some bonding and maybe even practice our team cheers. We are in need of some volunteers to help this work just right, so check in toward the end of your swimmer’s practice to see if you can help with serving the groups. :) Also, if you are interested in helping flip some flapjacks, email me and we can see dates that we need some help. Friday night is also our pep rally!!! Every meet has a theme and this weekend our theme is LUAU THEME. At the pep rally we will have a sweet treat served for our swimmers! (If there are extras after the swimmers are served, we can offer it to other family members.) Please RSVP at https://hpstingrays.swimtopia.com/ to just give us a head count on how much to have on hand. The pep rally starts at 7:00pm. We will have a variety of stations set up with activities. There will be: -Chalking the Deck -Nail Polish -Poster Making -Temporary Tattoos -Sweet Treat And some fun cheers led by our coaching staff! At 8:00pm we will head to the well area and do some team cheers to get us pumped for the meet! We hope to see you there for our final pep rally of the season! |
