Please declare for the meet by midnight on Tuesday, June 16. Swimmers can ask for specific events, but the coaches will determine the final entries. Please let them know if your swimmer is available for a relay.

Warmups:

6&U / 8&U - 7:45am - 7:55am

9-10 / 11-12 - 7:55am -8:10am

13 & Over - 8:10am - 8:25am

Meet Starts: 9am

Job signups are open.

The theme of the meet is color wars. Here are the assignments by age:

15-18: Red

13-14: Orange

11-12: Yellow

9-10: Green

8&U: Blue

6&U: Purple

Food

We are asking for meet declarations early to help you out. If we can get the declarations in by Tuesday, we will get the food list out by Wednesday evening. We know that it can be difficult to get to the store to get your donation and there is a pep rally so we are trying to give you an extra day. When you bring your donation to the meet, be sure to mark it off. This helps us know what food we have and what we don’t have. There are certain items we absolutely need and someone will have to go shopping during the meet if someone forgets one of these essential items!

Parking

Visiting teams get priority parking. Please do not try to park in our parking lot. We will have attendants checking. Please park at Hammond Middle/Elementary school. There is a path through the forest to get to the pool.

Practice signup starting June 22

The week of June 22, I am going to try a new signup. Sorry to change it during the season, but I am putting it into Swimtopia so that everything is in one place. Both stingray and mini ray evening practices are in Swimtopia. To sign up, find the correct week and click “Job Signup.” The mini rays practices are for the rest of the season and are for those families that signed up for the evening session. I have turned on the mini ray signup and one week for the stingrays. If it doesn’t work properly, I can switch back to Sign Up Genius, but I hope that is not necessary.
