Friday - School’s Out Party/Pep Rally! Come join the fun at 7pm at the pool.

First home meet on Saturday, June 21 vs. Forest Hill!

Please declare for the meet by midnight on Tuesday, June 17. Swimmers can ask for specific events, but the coaches will determine the final entries. Please let them know if your swimmer is available for a relay.

Warmups:

6&U / 8&U - 7:45am - 7:55am

9-10 / 11-12 - 7:55am -8:10am

13 & Over - 8:10am - 8:25am

Meet Starts: 9am

Job signups are open. I am trying something new for this first home meet. I have shortened a few of the volunteer positions (timing, line up, and runner) so they are not as taxing. However, this means more volunteers! If it works better, we will keep the slots shorter. If I have trouble filling the slots, we will need to go back to positions for half of the meet.

Food

We are asking for meet declarations early to help you out. If we can get the declarations in by Tuesday, we will get the food list out by Wednesday. We know that it can be difficult to get to the store to get your donation and there is a pep rally so we are trying to give you an extra day. When you bring your donation to the meet, be sure to mark it off. This helps us know what food we have and what we don’t have. There are certain items we absolutely need and someone will have to go shopping during the meet if someone forgets one of these essential items!

Parking

Visiting teams get priority parking. Please do not try to park in our parking lot. We will have attendants checking. Please park at Hammond Middle/Elementary school. There is a path through the forest to get to the pool.

Stingrays gear

Our orders from Metro Swim Shop have arrived. You can pick your order up at the meet. The incentive shirts will also be available.

Manta Rays

There are still spaces open for Manta Rays. Practices start on Tuesday, June 24 at 7 a.m. Sign up at our SwimTopia website.
