Good evening Stingray families,

Time trials are on Saturday!

Please declare for time trials by Thursday, June 12. Your swimmer can swim every event in his/her age group at time trials. There will not be relays at time trials. To declare for the meet, please log into https://hpstingrays.swimtopia.com/login, go to “Meets & Events,” and click “Meet Entry.” You can declare your swimmer to be swimming or not attending. Then you can choose which event all of your swimmers would like to swim.

Job signups are also open. If you have a question about a job, feel free to email me. We need all slots filled - especially timers! Feel free to sign up for more than one slot or have multiple members of your family volunteer!

Pictures

Pictures will be taken before time trials. If you would like an individual photo, please come to the pool by 7 a.m. Otherwise, please arrive by 7:15 for the team picture. Order forms are located on top of the family folders in the lifeguard office. After the pictures, there will be breakfast and warm-ups. Please remind your swimmers that they are not allowed to eat until after pictures!

Breakfast

A tradition of the Stingrays is to share in a wonderful breakfast as a team. We ask all families to bring a breakfast item to share. If you do not want to bring a breakfast item, we have a few other items we need. There is a sign-up genius of other items that we need for concessions. To recap: Please bring in either a breakfast item or something from the sign up genius. Thanks!

We will have drinks and lunch items to purchase. Please bring your food donation to the tables when you arrive.

For future meets, we will ask every family to bring an item for the concession stand. We will assign the items and get that list out by Thursday or Friday before the meet.

Gear

Feel free to bring any unwanted Stingray items or swimming suits (all in good condition) and there will be a table for you to donate, swap, or take items. Better to share than fill the landfill! Incentive shirts will be available at the same location. I have not received the order from Metro at this time, but will let you know when they have arrived.
