Declare - Very Important!!!!!

• Please declare for Saturday’s meet at Springlake by Tuesday, July 16 at 7 p.m.
• Any remaining entries for Wynnewood Warrior Classic need to be in by Tuesday, July 16 at 7 p.m. and fees need to be paid or you will not be entered into the meet.
• Please declare for Divisionals by Wednesday, July 17. Please let the coaches know if you will be able to go or not go. You can comment on the events the swimmers would prefer to swim.
  • Even if your swimmer is not in the top 3, please let the coaches know. Some faster swimmers might be on vacation.
  • If you are on vacation, please declare that you will not be there!
• Please declare for Straehle by Saturday, July 20 at 3 p.m. After the meet on Saturday, you will know if your swimmer has qualified for any individual events. If your swimmer swam in a relay that qualified, please declare if he/she can go also!

Team Banquet

I have only received about half of the money for the banquet. If you have not paid, please pay before Sunday. The shop is reopened on the team site for credit card payment - https://swimhammond.org/shop/. The cost is $10 for adults and children 11 and over. Children 10 and younger are $5.

Divisional Shirt

Shirts are now available for purchase. Here is the link if you wish to purchase a shirt: https://sweetscreensink.square.site/. Note that all shirts will come in white and gray options. T-shirts will have all swimmers' names on the back, the hoodies will not. Each team has their own link to order from off of the main page so that the shirts will be easier to distribute on meet day. THE STORE WILL CLOSE MONDAY 7/22 TO ALLOW FOR PRODUCTION TIME. We will have a limited quantity available for purchase on the day of the meet for anyone that has a change of heart or misses the original purchase window.

Please be sure to pick Hammond Park T-shirt or hoodie so that it is delivered to me at the meet.

Pep Rally

We are having a pep rally on Friday since we had to cancel last week. Since the meet is away, we are going to have it from 6:00-7:15 p.m. Please come!
