Good evening Stingrays,

Just a reminder to please park at Hammond Middle/Elementary school tomorrow as the visiting team parks in our parking lot.

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered. We only have a couple of missing critical jobs. We need an announcer for the first half, a stroke and turn judge for the second half (or we will forfeit the meet), and a timer for the second half.

If you would like to come early to set up your tent, you may start arriving at 7 a.m. Please do not arrive before then!

Thank you to everyone who helped set up tonight! It is so wonderful when we have strong helpers and it goes so quickly!

Many years at the banquet/awards night, we have a slideshow of pictures and a few videos of the kids on the team. The swimmers enjoy watching this show. If anyone would enjoy creating the slideshow, please let me know and we can discuss the best way to get you the photos and videos. Videos from previous years are linked on our SwimTopia site if you would like to see what has been done in the past. They are linked under “Stingray Pictures.”

I apologize that we didn’t give the swimmers best time ribbons for the away meets thus far. We are correcting that for the Forest Hill meet and they will be in your files next week. I am not sure if we will be able to get them for Rollingwood. We will see what we can do.
